Window
Most unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customized or personalized items may be final sale—check the product page or ask us before ordering if you're unsure.

How to start a return
Email us with your order number, the item(s), and reason for return. We'll send simple next steps.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Reach out—we'll guide you through an exchange when stock allows.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless we made an error.
